We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is based in our new office and plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day financial administration of a multi-business group, with a strong focus on accurate bookkeeping, cost control, VAT support, and maintaining clean, well-organised financial records. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing office team to ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and consistently maintained across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & BookkeepingPost purchase invoices accurately in XeroEnsure correct supplier, category, company and VAT treatmentMaintain a clean, up-to-date general ledgerIdentify and resolve duplicate invoices, overcharging, VAT and billing issuesMonthly Cost ReportingPrepare monthly reports showing:Spend by category and by site / companyMonth-on-month comparisonsInvoice, Process & Supplier SupportManage a standardised invoice workflowSupport improvements to finance and admin processesAssist with supplier and contract reviewsMaintain a simple contract register and support benchmarking ahead of renewalsSales InvoicingRaise sales invoicesEnsure correct VAT, entity billing and cost allocationTrack invoices raised versus paidExperience & SkillsPrevious experience in an accounts or finance administration role is desirableWorking knowledge of Xero is essentialGood understanding of Irish VATHigh attention to detail and accuracyConfident using digital systems and improving processesWhat We're Looking ForReliable, organised and detail-focusedComfortable working independentlyPractical and solutions-orientedJob Type: Part-timePay: €18.00-€23.00 per hourBenefits:FlexitimeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
