We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who can take ownership of projects and is eager to advance their career. The position is full-time and permanent, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate resources including labour, materials, and subcontractors.
* Lead and motivate teams to achieve project requirements and deadlines.
* Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
* Oversee company compliance and administration procedures while tracking site performance.
* Offer support, direction, and mentoring to tradespeople and apprentices on-site.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Qualified plumber
* Proven experience supervising mechanical projects (residential project experience an advantage).
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
* Fluent in English.
* Full, clean driving licence.
