Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned base of customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement.
* Quoting & Order Coordination: Generate accurate sales quotes within 24 hours of request. Coordinate with operational teams to manage the full order lifecycle.
* CRM Discipline: Log all customer interactions in CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Engagement Tracking: Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
* Product Communication: Share weekly pricing updates and bi-monthly product news with customers via CRM and messaging apps.
* SLA Compliance: Adhere to service level agreements, including quote turnaround within 24 hours and order entry within 48 hours.
Requirements:
* 13 years experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with CRM systems
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
* Familiarity with renewable energy sector is an advantage
