OverviewGrifols is seeking a Global Supply Planning Manager - (12 Month contract) to join an international team; the role primarily supports the Dublin, Ireland location with travel as needed. The position reports directly to the Global Supply Planning Manager and focuses on delivering an optimal supply plan and on-time product availability to support Sales while meeting Operational targets. The role also ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, GAAP).What You Will Be DoingFocus on strategic planning and execution to develop the best supply plan for the business, incorporating commercial and industrial feedback.Make or recommend decisions consistent with strategic direction.Organize key activities and support Global Supply Planning Director in key activities and processes as required.Serve as a member of cross-functional project teams providing guidance, insight, and recommendations related to the goals of the function.Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional integration and advise on enhancements or future integrations.Escalate non-routine issues/decisions as needed.Direct development of strategic programs/initiatives and evaluate performance against metrics.Represent the team in strategic planning and operating discussions with senior leadership.Develop, execute, maintain and report on detailed supply and demand inventory balance and/or supply plan achievements against budget or revised plans for all products produced or processed across Grifols multiple Biopharma locations.Work with factory leads to develop, prioritize and manage monthly supply plan issues; coordinate with Global Demand and Industrial leads to ensure alignment between Supply and Demand.Provide timely and accurate supply scenario analyses and inventory reports to management as required.Participate and lead the global supply planning area in implementing a singular Grifols global integrated business planning process.Develop and report on KPIs including material and product aging, at-risk batches, batch release cycle time; identify issues and recommend improvements.Maintain a quality presence to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.What We Are Looking ForIn-depth understanding of the fundamentals of planning and inventory control. Lean, Six Sigma, exposure to theory of constraints preferred.Strong technical skills in ERP navigation and reporting; specific experience with SAP preferred.Demonstrated project management skills.Working knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines.Self-starter with strong work ethic, ability to handle multiple priorities, and proactive attitude.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions routinely.Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams.Interpersonal skills to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.Computer literacy with MS Office; advanced proficiency in Excel required.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Science, or closely related discipline required. CPIM certification preferred.
