The Credit Control Administrator will play a vital role in reconciling incoming payments, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with clients to rectify any issues.
This position requires strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS packages, including Excel.
* Reconcile incoming payments and resolve discrepancies with clients.
* Liaise with clients to rectify any issues.
* Update client records and maintain accurate information.
* Generate reports and perform premium checks.
* Handle customer inquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in accounts receivable.

Accounting qualifications are beneficial but not essential for this role.
