Job Overview
This role provides an opportunity to support the setup, delivery and servicing of mobility equipment. You will work alongside the product specialist and warehouse teams to coordinate logistics, instruct clients on equipment use and manage stock to ensure efficient and timely service.
Responsibilities Include:
* Fitting, assembly or installation along with packing and delivery of mobility product orders, in support of the product specialist.
* Delivery of orders to customers in Leinster as required.
* Instruct clients on the use of equipment.
* Perform all tasks in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Site drop and collection of demonstration stock as required.
* Take responsibility for the security of the mobility products.
* Support the product specialist in cycle count/stock takes.
* Liaise with warehouses regarding transfer of stock.
* Liaise with customer service and other departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
* Ensure compliance with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT security, health and safety.
Requirements for Success
* Background knowledge and experience of mobility products are a distinct advantage.
* Background knowledge and experience in product assembly are a distinct advantage.
* Ability to work unsupervised while delivering a high-quality service.
* Strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organisational skills.
* Good communication skills.
* A full clean driving license.
* Successful candidates will require garda vetting.
