Your Role

The purpose of this role is to provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business. In this role you will also provide back up and support to the IT Director and wider IT organisation across AP agencies.

Key responsibilities:

* Provide responsive IT support to agency staff, addressing issues related to hard-ware, software, and data systems.
* Manage and resolve service tickets via ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and communication with stakeholders.
* Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating with region-al/corporate IT teams, vendors, and managed service providers (MSPs). This includes supporting with issue resolution for other agencies or wider region, as directed by IT management.
* In special circumstances (major incidents, office migrations) work flexibly with wider organisation and third parties to drive urgent resolution and enable business operations.
* Enforce cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance through regular software and equipment updates.
* Repair or replace faulty equipment and manage procurement processes for IT assets.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure backup and restore systems are operational.
* Support mobile device management, including secure setup of company applications
* Assist with agency onboarding and migration activities, including user setup, authentication, data transfer, and application configuration.
* Set up and maintain laptops, printers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment; support office moves as needed.
* Administer phone systems, ensuring functionality of extensions, hunt groups, call recording, and other features.
* Monitor and support business applications (e.g., O365, accounting, payroll, AMS, document management), collaborating with third parties to resolve issues and drive improvements.
* Liaise with technology vendors to maintain performance and support operation-al projects
* Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and perform regular user access reviews and cleanup activities.
* Test new hardware/software in accordance with change management policies.
* Deliver IT training to staff as needed.
* Strive for high performance and continuous improvement in IT services to meet evolving business needs.
* Identify and recommend new technologies and enhancements to existing systems.
* Adhere to all company policies and training requirements.
* Work at local agency and travel to other satellite offices to provide local support; and to other offices and locations as required by the role, migration support, etc.
* Any other duties, tasks and responsibilities that can reasonably be expected of you having regard to your skills, experience and seniority.
