Job Summary
Little Richards Wood Fired Pizza is a growing food destination in Skerries, now expanding our kitchen beyond wood-fired pizza. We're seeking a Chef de Partie to take ownership of their section and help drive quality and consistency in our new menu offerings.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef who can cook burgers, entrées, and desserts, manage their station independently, and contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Run your own section in the kitchen (grill, larder, or pastry)
* Prepare and cook burgers, main courses, and desserts to a high standard
* Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (HACCP compliant)
* Ensure stock control, ordering, and waste management are handled efficiently
* Assist with menu development and new food offerings
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
* Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient work area
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen
* Confident working independently and managing a section
* Must be able to cook burgers, entrées, and desserts
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
* Experience in stock control and kitchen systems
* Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

* Weekend availability is required
