Job DescriptionCircle K is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:European Merchandising Project and Execution ManagerType of Employment:PermanentLocation:Dublin / EuropeVisa requirements:A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)THE ROLEThe European Merchandising Project and Execution Manager reporting to Director of Merchandising is an exciting merchandising excellence centric role, providing guidance and support across many European markets to achieve precision merchandising standards. Supporting a customer first approach you will be required to have the lense of the customer when visiting these teams in stores. Coach and provide improvements when standards are not up to our level, and encourage teams to act with speed.What You'll DoLead in the rollout of Merch projects across Mid Europe such as (Merch Step up, Nova, coffee, Back bar replacement)Actively manage projects end to end with the local BU teamsCo-ordinate regular updates for all stakeholders, like board decks, steerco updates etc.Implement, follow and use project management processes and systems to ensure progress can be easily trackedSupport on the ground on the BU's during launchesReview implementation across BU's both on site and using other formats (audits from SMM's / locals PMs)Coach and develop teams on the ground to support quicker execution and project momentum.Take part in store drawing design & sign off meetingsProvide support to the wider EU merch team during new project launches where neededBuild relationships across multiple functions & Teams: Concept, Ops, Food, Marketing, BU teamsPrepare rollout plans and share updates on timingsVendor relationship building & managementSupport pilots and trials in selected stores, capture lessons learned for future projects & recommend improvements before full scale rolloutsSnag / issue management and follow up, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruption.What You'll NeedFlexibility with travel, this role will require the successful candidate to visit BU's, work in store across multiple markets to execute projects.
