* To assist with the promotion of a safety culture and safety awareness. To adhere to our health & safety training, policies, and procedures. To ensure compliance with our HACCP/legal requirements
* Working with the Head Chef and Kitchens Chef Team to manage portion control, food costs and GP, and to minimise food waste
* Working with the Head Chef and Kitchens Support Team to ensure that the Kitchen is maintained in a clean, tidy and orderly condition at all times, and that cleaning schedules are set up and maintained
