At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Fit Out Finishing Foreman to join our client’s growing team based in Tallaght. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finishing Foreman with a background in Fit Out and Renovations to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes
* Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of finishing works on-site.
* Ensuring that all finishing touches align with project specifications and quality standards.
* Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows.
* Conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control and training and supervising site personnel, providing guidance and motivation.
* Implementing health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for all.
* Reporting progress and challenges to project management, proposing solutions as needed.
Experience you need
* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
* Strong knowledge of fit-out finishing techniques and materials, including carpentry, painting, and tiling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
* Relevant certifications in construction management or trade-specific qualifications are preferred.
* Full Irish Drivers’ license is required
