Manufacturing operations manager

Job Overview

The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coordinates technical and maintenance operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible work environment.

* Lead Technical Teams to complete PMs, Calibrations, and Equipment Downtime Resolution on time.
* Develop and track KPIs to measure equipment and maintenance performance.
* Maintain up-to-date maintenance information, including specifications, drawings, manuals, and SOPs.
* Plan, organize, direct, and control maintenance project activities to meet site objectives.
* Implement a data-driven risk-based approach to identifying critical spares for plant and equipment.
* Minimum 8+ years experience in an Engineering/Maintenance Leadership role.
* Engineering Degree (Level 7 or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or recognized equivalent.
* Experience in Reliability Engineering, Trades Qualification, and SAP Next/PM system preferred.
* Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Strong project management experience.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Keen ability to teach and coach.
