Responsibilities Make outbound calls to an existing client list to take daily and weekly orders; Up-sell and introduce new product lines to customers; Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and friendly service; Work closely with field sales reps and other departments to ensure seamless service; Identify sales opportunities and meet personal and team sales targets; Keep accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions in the system; Provide feedback on customer trends, needs, and competitor activity.
