Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts, building client relationships, and providing strategic guidance to both clients and junior consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into market trends, talent availability, and best practices in recruitment.
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
* Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and recommendations to facilitate the hiring process.
* Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client objectives and fill open positions within specified timeframes.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and craft targeted recruitment campaigns.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding assistance.
The ideal person will have worked as an agency recruiter previously and be motivated and proven in achieving billing objectives
