A key member in the hotel's management team, responsible for overseeing and driving the restaurant, lounge, and conference & banqueting operations to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Lead a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and up to 35 staff to deliver outstanding service quality and meet business objectives.
* Develop and implement service standards required for daily food and beverage operations across the property.
* Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to foster a positive work environment, ensuring seamless communication and excellent guest experiences.
