Technical Delivery Lead
Lead technical delivery on large-scale HR technology transformation projects.
The Role:
* Design and build Workday integrations.
* Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Define integration strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
* Oversee testing and deployment to ensure quality and performance.
* Manage data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
* Mentor and guide a team of integration specialists.
* Drive project delivery from planning through to implementation.
* Partner with cross-functional teams for alignment.
Requirements:
* Senior/Managerial level experience in HR technology, with strong expertise in Workday integrations.
* Background in HRIS, Information Systems, or related discipline.
* Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and policies.
* Track record of delivering HR technology projects in large organisations.
* Hands-on experience with platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP Success Factors, Service Now, or UKG.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
