We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin 12. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1, 2 & 3 IT and desktop support to all users, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and minimizing downtime
* Build and maintain endpoint devices to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
* Support Microsoft applications and telecoms systems, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Maintain a thorough backup and disaster recovery strategy, ensuring business continuity in the event of an outage
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 4-7 years' experience in IT support
* Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
* General IT support skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Experience supporting Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience supporting telecoms systems (traditional and digital)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
