Key Responsibilities
1. Identify sales opportunities from existing client relationships and high-intent new customer inquiries, proposing tailored financial solutions.
2. Deliver professional, compliant, and expert advice aligned with customers' identified needs and opportunities.
3. Maintain adherence to prescribed procedures, working methods, and industry regulations.
4. Meet agreed targets and performance standards.
Requirements
* QFA certification, CFP desirable.
* Exceptional financial advisory sales skills.
* Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, web-meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
* Maintain productive relationships with colleagues and management as a collaborative team player.
* Prior experience as a Financial Advisor in a Financial Services Brokerage or Financial Institution is essential.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
