 
        
        Our healthcare client in South Dublin is looking for a short term, week to week rolling contract, for a an experienced HRBP. The successful candidate will be focused on employee relations and engagement. Coaching and advising candidates through ER processes.
Responsibilities Required:
·Provide expert advice across the full HR spectrum with particular focus on Employee Relations.
·Support the implementation of HR projects and people initiatives such as workforce planning, engagement strategies, and wellbeing programmes.
·Lead and support Industrial Relations and employee relations cases ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.
·Champion diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the organisation.
·Support HR policy development and ensure consistent application across sites.
Experience Required
·4+ years HR experience, working in a busy high-volume environment
·HR qualification or equivalent.
·Healthcare or public sector experience, highly desirable
·Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
