About the Role
As part of our AI & Data team, this director role is pivotal in enabling clients to derive significant value from their information assets.
You will collaborate with domain experts across assurance, tax, transactions and advisory to embed innovative data analytics solutions, drive business outcomes, and foster client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Help clients unlock value from information assets through collaboration with domain experts and the application of AI & Data solutions in existing business areas.
Lead diverse teams across varied skillsets and technologies, adapting leadership style to fit team, client and cultural needs.
Anticipate and identify risks, escalating issues as appropriate.
Create a positive learning culture, coaching and counseling junior team members.
Contribute to the development of the AI & Data team's future by building brand, attending events, collaborating internally, and producing thought leadership.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships, identifying potential business opportunities for EY.
Champion operational efficiency improvements, consistently driving projects to completion with high quality.
Draw on knowledge and experience to create innovative insights that add value to clients and society.
Qualifications: Required
Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI & Data with a proven track record of creating impactful visual stories from complex datasets.
Completed degree (bachelor's, master's, or PhD).
Relevant consulting or industry experience with significant management experience.
Qualifications: Desired
Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop others, communicate effectively, manage budgets, client expectations, and deliver quality projects on time.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
Ambition to continuously develop skills and abilities.
Analytically minded with the capacity to assimilate and apply new techniques and knowledge to deliver insights and solve problems.
