We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our busy legal practice. The role requires a person who can engage positively with the public while providing effective clerical back up to sustain the office efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet callers with a professional and friendly manner, and efficiency
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Organise appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings
* Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and presentable at all times
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
