Our client, a fast-growing MSP startup in Dublin 11, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join an expanding team. This is a permanent role and hybrid working structure in Dublin 11
The ideal candidate should have experience with cloud infrastructure including endpoint management, Networking, Server Administration, Azure, and Office 365.
Salary guide is 50-55K +benefits
Responsibilities:
* Hardware troubleshooting and application troubleshooting and support for customers.
* Responsible for diagnosing and resolving I.T. problems and implementing a solution to prevent reoccurrence
* Supporting system software upgrades including planning and scheduling, testing and coordination with operations.
* Project Management of multiple projects to successful implementation.
* Providing desktop support for users of varying skill levels, assist with new machine integrations, configuration of peripheral devices.
Requirements:
* 3+ years MSP or similar experience
* Experience supporting Windows devices, Azure, Office 365, Active Directory
* Strong Networking skills including VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi configuration.
* Keen interest in technology and open to learning about new technologies
* Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects
* Full Irish drivers licence (visiting clients once a week/fortnight)
