The Client and overview of the opportunity: They are an established-but-growing Residential Developer that are about to start their first developments in Waterford. They have c.400 units to build across 3 sites around the City which consist of housing and apartments. You will be the lead QS in Waterford and will have at least junior reporting in to you. You'll work closely with Regional Manager and on-site teams, reporting in to Commercial Function & Directors in Dublin. They have around 5no. years of work on their books in Waterford right now and are planning to pick up more sites in the South East and Cork in the future. Requirements: Possess a proven track record of delivering Residential Construction projects to a successful completion for all parties. Level 8 Degree or High level Qualification in Construction or QS related subject 5+ years of experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor. Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of procurement, cost reporting, and contracts. Comfortable managing large-scale packages and working independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and mentoring skills. Experience with BCAR, Irish construction law, and cost management software is an advantage. Whats on offer?
