P-tech School Learning & Support Manager Role
This is a key position that plays a vital role in the development of the P-tech programme and its participants. The successful candidate will require a strong educational background and experience in designing, delivering, and supporting learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Educational and Learning Support: Assist in coordinating and delivering the P-tech school programme, including workshops, supports, and provision of materials and procedures as required for the smooth operation of the P-tech programme.
* School Engagement and Support: Develop, sustain, and nurture relationships with school leadership, teachers, P-tech coordinators, and students. Support schools in their adoption of the P-tech model to ensure a consistent experience across all P-tech schools.
* Employer Engagement and Outreach: Develop and sustain productive relationships with industry partners. Facilitate regular joint engagement between schools and industry partners.
* Communication & Promotion: Develop written and visual content for internal and external audiences, highlighting success stories and impact. Contribute to the delivery of a targeted employer engagement and outreach campaign across various channels.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification is essential.
* The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of teaching experience in a post-primary or further education setting.
* Strong digital skills, including Canva, Word Press, Moodle, MS Office, Teams, etc., are required.
* Experience working in DEIS schools or similar education initiatives is highly desirable.
