Responsibilities
Program Management: Lead and manage large-scale, complex technical programs from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
Client Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for the client and solutions teams, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between sales, engineering & product teams, clients, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and program success.
Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and design solutions that meet client specifications, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal performance.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution and delivery of programs.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor program progress and adjust as necessary to achieve objectives, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Providing direction and oversight to teams of lawyers, ensuring they are supported, aligned, and accountable for high-quality outputs.
Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives to evolve Eudia's delivery methodologies, operational processes, and internal tooling.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or a similar role within a software product company.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Client-Facing Skills: Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering client-focused software and services solutions into large complex organizations.
Program Management: Demonstrated success in leading complex technical programs, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience facilitating discussions across technical and non-technical teams.
Legal Workflows: Experience within legal services, legal operations, or legal tech is beneficial but not essential – we provide full training for high calibre candidates.
