You will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, ensure high standards of technical delivery, foster team collaboration, and drive continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
**Key responsibilities of the role:*** Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, feedback and support.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions.
(HLD/LLD)* Design and architect scalable, maintainable and efficient software systems.
* Implement best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team.
* Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation.
* Design software systems, considering scalability, performance and security needs.
* Identify technical debt and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance code quality and maintainability.
## **YOUR PROFILE*** 7+ years of experience with Java/J2EE microservices architecture.
* 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies and architectures (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferably AWS* 3+ years experience with MuleSoft integration, including designing, developing, and managing API integrations using the MuleSoft platform, Java/J2EE/SpringBoot.
* Hands-on expertise in implementing MuleSoft solutions to connect various systems efficiently.
