About the Role
* This role involves working closely with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and manage patient care, including assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care.
* You will be responsible for giving direct nursing care to oncology patients, including assessing their needs and developing individualized plans of care.
* In addition to direct patient care, you will also provide indirect support by contributing to practice development initiatives within the department and across the organization as a whole.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in oncology nursing, excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
