The Senior Chef de Partie reports directly to the Head Chef and Sous Chefs. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:
Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
Being responsible for health and safety
Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
Candidate must have experience in working in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication skills

Pay: €30,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
