New Business Account Executive
At Archer, we’re looking for a driven sales professional with 2+ years of outbound B2B experience, someone who’s mastered the SDR/BDR craft and is ready to step into a full‑cycle Account Executive role with leadership on the horizon. This is a consultative sales environment, not transactional tech sales. You’ll be partnering with clients in finance, pharma, medical devices, and software, helping them solve real business challenges through expert consultancy services.

What You’ll Do
* Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.
* Expand existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the team’s growth and success.
* Collaborate closely with senior mentors and leadership to continuously sharpen your sales craft.
What You’ll Bring
* 2–3 years of B2B outbound sales experience (BDR, SDR, Account Executive, Inside Sales, or similar).
* A proven ability to build relationships and deliver consultative solutions.
* A strong desire to step up into full‑cycle sales and leadership.
* Experience in consultancy or service‑based sales is a big plus.
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
* Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, office‑based environment.
