The Pumphouse Bar and restaurant are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team.
Duties in this role will be to assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and cooking of quality restaurant food.
Ideal candite must have 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role.
Manage and run your kitchen section independently
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
Collaborate with the Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations
Maintain food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
Mentor and support junior chefs
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
Assist with stock management and ordering supplies
Requirements
Proven track record as Chef de Partie or higher in a busy kitchen
Strong technical skills and ability to work independently
Experience with seasonal Irish produce and contemporary cuisine preferred
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
Positive, reliable, and committed to high culinary standards
Good level of English required
Minimum 2 work references
Position to grow within the company quickly, working under head chef.
