This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and coaching to support the delivery of community engagement initiatives, such as school visits, careers talks, and outreach events.
* About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant third-level qualification and/or CIPD qualification, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
* Your Key Responsibilities:
You will provide advice and support to managers and staff on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management. You will also assist with recruitment, HR reporting, and help drive initiatives around wellbeing and organisational culture.
