Top Financial Services Company is looking for a candidate with over 4 years Governance, Regulatory Change, Project Management experience to join this growing team. Governance Project Manager Permanent role Salary 80,000 Euro to 85,000 Euro Responsibilities: Assisting with the management of the full project lifecycle for new Business Projects and Regulatory Change Projects. Create and manage project schedules, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately. Develop detailed project plans, RAIDs, RAGs, timelines and reports for stakeholders. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, progress and any changes. Identifying and managing project risk and issues, working with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation plans. Ensure any changes to project scope or timeline are documented and communicated effectively. Participating in the continuous improvement of Change Management processes, and lessons learnt. Manage the creation of Jira activities, Confluence Business Cases, ensuring the documentation of the project meets the requirements under Change Management, maintaining traceability. Assist the Head of Governance and the Company Secretarial Function with key Board activities as and when required. Qualifications/Skills Experience: Project Management Professional Certification (or equivalent) is a plus. Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in project management or a related field.
