Office Administrator
Position Summary:
We are a medium sized Electrical Contractor based in Tullamore, seeking an Office Administrator with a positive and proactive attitude to assist in the completion of electrical projects.
This is a permanent role where the successful applicant will form an integral part of the team and this role will provide an excellent opportunity for career progression.
The Role:
* Issuing material orders
* Support management with the tender process for future projects
* Assist with the procurement process - requesting quotations
* It should be noted that the above list of duties is not exhaustive and other duties and
responsibilities may be assigned to the post holder from time to time.
Suitable Candidate
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
* Experience in AutoCAD an advantage
* Driven Team player
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Have a methodical & organized work ethic.
* Have the ability to multi task and work to deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role

Training will be Provided.
A remuneration package is open for discussion based on your current experience and qualifications.

Pay: €27,000.00-€39,748.30 per year
