We are seeking
two Customer Service Representatives
to join a busy customer support team on a
6-month contract.
This role involves handling customer queries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and working closely with colleagues across operations, logistics, finance, and sales to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Based onsite in
City West - hours Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service Representative:
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online portals.
* Process orders accurately and on time, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
* Track orders and follow up on any delays or issues.
* Record, escalate, and resolve complaints efficiently.
* Support internal teams by handling administrative and service tasks.
* Provide product and service information to customers.
* Contribute to process improvement and take on additional specialist tasks as experience grows.
Qualifications of Customer Service Representative:
* Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or contact centre environments.
* Strong IT skills with experience using ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong customer focus with attention to accuracy and detail.
