Job Overview

This is a highly skilled and experienced Bar Assistant Manager position at Big Mamma Dublin. As a key member of the bar team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, delegating tasks, coaching and supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the daily operations of the bar alongside the Bar Manager
* Delegate tasks, coach and support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, train the team and more
* Participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering and implement seasonal menu changes
* Maintain health and safety standards and cleanliness and organisation behind the bar


Required Skills:

* Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills
* Expert bar knowledge including classic cocktails
* Previous experience as a bar supervisor/assistant bar manager in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
