Job Description
This role involves collaborating with quality teams to ensure adherence to ISO standards. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring and reviewing quality control data, managing client queries/complaints, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct investigations related to client technical concerns;
* Compile summary reports on errors for clients;
* Determine laboratory corrective actions resulting from technical investigations;
* Update and maintain Quality Assurance Incident Database;
Additional responsibilities include participating in audits, presenting quality orientations to new staff, and ensuring analytical quality through correct methods.
Requirements:
* Excellent computer skills including MS Excel and MS Word;
* Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written communication skills;
* Knowledge and experience with basic statistics;
* Ability to systematically analyze information and identify causes and consequences;
