About the Role
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding the talent that powers our mission. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to first day.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment cycle across multiple roles for our afterschool centres
Liaise with hiring managers to define role requirements
Advertise positions across platforms and track responses
Conduct and coordinate screening interviews
Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting into our ATS and HR systems
Support onboarding and induction processes
Collect and update required documentation according to Tusla guidelines for all hires
Your profile
Recruitment, HR, or coordination experience (in-house or agency)
Exceptional organisation and communication skills
Proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented approach
Comfortable managing multiple roles and timelines
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
Knowledge of employment legislation
Previous experience in education recruitment (desirable)
