Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Servicing:
o Collaborate with our servicing team to deliver exceptional service to each assigned client within the Professional Services Group.
o Develop strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues to fully understand their business and insurance requirements.
* Policy Administration:
o Work closely with offshore teams to deliver policy documents and invoices within required timeframes.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
o Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, ensuring they understand terms of settlement and premium allocations.
o Liaise and interact effectively with broking colleagues and the wider Aon network.
* Problem-Solving and Compliance:
o Take ownership of problems and seek assistance where necessary.
o Comply with regulatory standards through accurate documentation, record-keeping, and file notes.
