Job Posting: Heat Press/Embroidery Operator
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Heat Press/Embroidery Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machines to accurately embroider and heat press logos and designs onto garments.
You will work efficiently to meet agreed timescales and deadlines, prioritizing workload and orders. Additionally, you will receive deliveries of stock and check quantities, dispatching orders with appropriate paperwork and liaising with Sales/Design departments.
Your workspace must be maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up and operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products.
* Maintaining accurate records of production and dispatch timelines.
* Ensuring that all dispatched orders are accompanied by correct paperwork and documentation.
* Collaborating with Sales and Design teams to resolve any issues related to orders or products.
* Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail and high concentration levels. You should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have basic IT skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Prior experience operating multi-head embroidery machines or CNC equipment is an advantage. A flair for working with clothing and garments is also essential.
Excellent time-keeping and communication skills are crucial for this position.
