Digital Marketing – Account Manager – Dutch Speaker
Accenture UK & Ireland is looking for a dedicated Account Manager who will help roll out our unique digital marketing advertising solution in partnership with Pinterest, targeting the European market.
Our high‑performing Pinterest team works with clients to build brand awareness, increase product sales and leverage cutting‑edge social media analytics. This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the fastest‑growing players in social media while benefiting from Accenture’s global professional service expertise.
Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of accounts, both new and existing.
Retain and grow revenue within your accounts.
Understand partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships.
Troubleshoot and optimise campaigns.
Upsell, cross‑sell, and activate existing and new accounts.
Communicate new features and enhancements to the Product team.
Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners.
Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts, including setting KPI goals such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.
Manage a large number of campaigns while maintaining advertiser relationships to ensure objectives are met.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in advertising technology campaign management on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, or Snapchat, combined with a similar sales/account management role.
Knowledge of the latest online marketing trends.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Native level fluency in the assigned market language.
Client‑interface experience.
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G‑Suite collaboration, and presentation tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a data‑driven approach to drive positive business outcomes.
Team‑player with a collaborative style, able to learn on the fly and deliver results.
Deadline‑ and detail‑oriented.
