Responsibilities
Assist in the production of precast wall units, including preparation and cleaning of beds for production casting, and reading production drawings for adding cast‑in items or assisting with steel preparation.
Operate a variety of equipment specifically designed for the precast wall production process.
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during production setup.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, utilising personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety protocols.
Qualifications
Experience in precast concrete or construction environments.
Ability to work night shifts reliably.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
