Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labour costs vs estimates.
* All quantity surveying duties including measurements, valuation and agreement of work sections.
Skills & Qualifications
1. A degree qualification in construction economics or quantity surveying is required.
2. ↷ More than five years' experience as a PQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
