Leading Irish law firm are currently hiring a Legal PA to join them on a permanent basis.
This person will join an experience Commercial Property team, working alongside and receiving training from Senior Legal PAs.
This is an urgent requirement and a wonderful opportunity for a Legal Secretary in a small or mid-size firm with conveyancing experience to make the leap to Commercial Real Estate work.

Offices in Dublin 2 – close to Luas, Bus and Dart Excellent company culture and the chance to receive training in commercial billing, complex contract formatting and large commercial transactions.
Duties of this role will include: Billing – preparing invoices, WIP management and tracking of accounts.
PA style duties including diary management, meeting booking, expenses.
Inbox management.
Production of legal documents – dictations, typing, formatting etc.
Maintaining accurate client files and database.
Suitable candidates for this role will have: 1-2years experience working as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA, ideally within Real Estate.
Knowledge of and experience working with the Land Registry / gathering documentation from clients and other legal professionals / maintaining client database.
