Role Overview
This position plays a key role in maintaining and ensuring the reliability of various systems, including HVAC & Utility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical trade qualification with experience working at technical level.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
* Liaise with contractors and customers to plan and execute work effectively
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Ensure all works are completed to high quality standards and site safety protocols
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant experience in a similar role or industry preferred
