Key Responsibilities• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for electrical projects• Interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing• Track tender progress and submit all documentation on time• Assist project managers with cost planning and forecasting• Generate and issue project variations in line with contract terms and project milestones• Maintain up-to-date records of pricing, estimates, and variations• Support budget tracking and project financials throughout the project lifecycle*Requirements• Experience in the electrical or construction industry (minimum 1 year) is essential• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and terminology• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with estimating software is a plus• Experience with variation and contract administration related to construction/electrical projects• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities tasks effectivelyWhat We Offer• Competitive salary based on experience• Structured on-the-job training and mentoring• Supportive and friendly work environment• Free on-site parkingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €50,000.00-€70,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
