On behalf of a leading financial services group in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Financial Control & Governance Specialist.This role focuses on strengthening financial processes, enhancing controls, and supporting statutory reporting and audit delivery across the Irish business.Key Responsibilities:Review and improve existing financial control processes in partnership with the Financial Controller.Enhance and automate balance sheet reconciliations and implement stronger risk-focused controls.Support improved financial governance, including review and sign-off frameworks and bank mandate processes.Recommend improvements to operational processes linked to balance sheet reconciliations.Build strong working relationships with finance and business teams and ensure regulatory compliance.Qualifications:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).0-3 years Post Qualified Experience within the financial services industry.Strong financial control background with experience preparing statutory accounts.Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity for a financial services professional to join an international group, with strong work/ life balance and hyrbid working model.For more information, apply within.
