The role is predominantly remote, with occasional on-site collaboration in Northern Ireland.Key responsibilities:Assess, design, and implement information security controls and frameworksConduct risk assessments, audits, and gap analyses (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)Advise stakeholders on security best practices, policies, and complianceSupport incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation activitiesWork closely with technical and non-technical teams to embed security by designKey requirements:Proven experience in information or cyber security consultingStrong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and complianceExperience with cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDesirable certifications:CISSP, CISM, or CISAISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead AuditorCompTIA Security+ or CySA+Cloud security certifications (e.g. CCSP, AWS Security, Azure Security Engineer)
