The role of Person in Charge is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and support to individuals with complex needs.
As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the delivery of duties within the Centre, guaranteeing that Personal Plans, Risk Assessments, and Behavioural Support Plans are always up-to-date and services meet the highest possible standards.
You will be responsible for managing the staff team, providing mentorship and leadership daily, and coordinating input from other departments as required.
This involves being an active leader and role model, contributing to and maintaining an effective team, and seeking guidance from others when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments, and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date
* Deliver services to the highest possible quality and safety standards
* Manage the staff team, provide mentorship and leadership
* Coordinate input from other departments
* Maintain infection control standards
Qualifications and Skills:
* Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification (or suitable equivalent)
* Full Clean Driver's license
* Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a similar health or social care setting
* Strong leadership skills
* Problem-solving skills and judgment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team
