* Working within the Customer Service department to resolve customer queries, manage insurance policies, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

* Developing and implementing effective business retention strategies to meet renewal targets.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* APA Insurance qualification minimum.
* 2+ years experience working in personal lines insurance.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
