Location: Remote within Ireland or Hybrid in Dublin Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Compensation: Base salary + bonus Your Key Responsibilities: Lead Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth integration of our products with their existing systems and infrastructure.
Technical Expertise: Stay informed about software integrations and technical requirements, providing clients with top-tier support and guidance.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional support throughout the client journey.
Account Management: Drive success by managing accounts directly, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and identifying key growth opportunities.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality resources and ensure a seamless client experience.
Industry Insight: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products, sharing valuable insights with clients and the internal team.
What Youll Bring: Experience: At least 2 years in account management, technical support, or client-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, IT services, or online marketplaces.
Language Skills: C2 or fluent in Italian with excellent English proficiency.
